Exhibitor Activities. All demonstrations, advertising and promotional activities of an Exhibitor must be confined to the limits of the assigned exhibit space. No demonstrations, meetings, product exhibits, literature distribution may be conducted outside the contracted exhibit space. Exhibitors planning hospitality suites or outside activities of any kind whatsoever, either prior to, during, or subsequent to the Workshop, must provide the Committee with a written schedule of such activities. Exhibitors, upon accepting this Agreement, expressly agree that such activities will not conflict with Workshop hours or any official event scheduled by the Workshop. Failure to comply with this could result in cancellation and removal of an exhibit space without refund or liability to the Workshop. Irregular Activities. All business activities of the Exhibitor must be within their own exhibit space and must not impede traffic or interfere with other exhibits. Exhibitors are encouraged to distribute advertising items from their tabletop; however, the Committee reserves the right to prohibit distribution of any and all items it feels will detract from the Workshop, are not in good taste, etc. Undignified or disruptive activities, noisemakers or other items considered by the Committee to be objectionable are expressly prohibited. The Committee reserves the right to restrict Exhibitors who, because of noise or any other reason, shall interfere with the best interest of the workshop as a whole.
Exhibitor Activities. Exhibitor's activities must be confined to its Exhibit Space. Distribution of literature or promotional items, whether digital or tangible, outside the Exhibit Space is prohibited without the written consent of Esri.
Exhibitor Activities. All interviews, canvassing, or other sales activities shall be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth, lounges and/or restaurant seating area. Equipment displays shall be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth.
Exhibitor Activities. Exhibitors agree not to schedule or conduct any outside activity including, but not limited to, receptions, seminars, and hospitality suites that are in conflict with the official program of the Joint Mathematics Meetings, whether such activities are at or away from the hotel. Exhibitors will submit to the Logistics Coordinator, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, for written approval as to time, date, and place any program the exhibitor intends to hold at or in conjunction with its exhibit.
Exhibitor Activities. Exhibitors are asked to inform Wings Over North Georgia, LLC of any outside activity they intend to arrange in conjunction with the event. Your booth must maintain the original products, services and booth presentation that was originally contracted. No food & beverages may be sold or given away by any exhibitor. That is exclusive to our food & beverage vendors. Your organization must adhere to professional business behavior and attire. The Exhibitor and/or his agents will not attempt to solicit in the common areas and/or in such a manner as to infringe on the ability of other Exhibitors to conduct their operations. No hawking is allowed unless previously arranged with the air show staff. Note: The Exhibitor agrees to keep the rented space occupied by a representative during the posted hours of the show.
Exhibitor Activities. Exhibitor agrees not to schedule or conduct any activity including, but not limited to receptions, seminars, symposia, hospitality suites and off-site events that are in conflict with the official program of ACUA, whether such activities are held at or away from the hotel, except with written approval of exhibit management. Exhibitor will submit application and payment to exhibit management by Sept. 1, 2022, any program exhibitor intends to hold at, or in conjunction with its exhibit, for written approval as to time and place.
Exhibitor Activities. Members, Exhibitors or attendees shall not make any promotional efforts, nor supply any transportation, that has the effect of drawing attendees away from the Show to a local showroom of hospitality suite or any non‐Show exhibit area. Exhibitor may not participate in any way or promote any other jewelry trade show for the duration of the SJTA ATLANTA JEWELRY SHOW covered by this contract.
