Food & Beverages a. Non-Food Vendors are prohibited from serving, selling, or causing to be served or sold any consumable food or beverages. (This includes the distribution of free bottles of water.)

Food & Beverages. 6.1 You, your Guests and any third-parties employed by you for the Booking, are not allowed to bring any food or drink into the Hotel for consumption there unless agreed in writing with us. If we agree to allow food and drink to be brought in, you will sign such disclaimers as we may require and will pay any applicable supplements, charges or surcharges that we may reasonably require. 6.2 You will pay us for any food, beverages and other services not provided for in the Agreement but made available on your request, whether in advance of or during the Booking (“Additional Items”). 6.3 You will advise us of any special dietary requirements at least seven working days prior to Arrival.
Food & Beverages. In accordance with the provisions of Health Regulations and Public Building Regulations, no area within the Town Hall floor seating area is to be used for the preparation of food or drinks other than the designated kitchen area and foyer server desk set aside for such purposes. If refreshments are to be offered in the foyer during performances, Liquor Licences and / or Food Handling Permits as applicable must be obtained prior to the hire period. This is the sole responsibility of the Hirer. The hirer must ensure that drinks are not taken onto the nominated dance floor. (please clearly mark the nominated dance floor area on the floor plan provided with your application form) The hirer must ensure that all slip hazards are cleaned up immediately to prevent falls. A “Caution – Wet Floor” sign, is available from the cleaning cupboard in the kitchen and must be used while the clean- up is in progress.  The hirer must leave the whole facility in a clean and tidy condition. The Town Hall, foyer, kitchen, balcony, dressing rooms and stage must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the completion of a function. Cleaner’s equipment available for hirers use.  The main hall floor must be mopped using a mix of 100 parts of water to 1 part of methylated spirits. No soaps or polishes are to be used. (Metho and cleaning equipment will be supplied)  The main hall only can undergo a major clean on the following morning after the function with the permission of the Venues Coordinator.  If a return clean-up/pack-up of the facility is approved for the next morning then;  A full clean-up of the foyer, kitchen and exterior of the Town Hall shall take place immediately following the function, not the next morning.  The Town Hall function area must be clear of all rubbish before leaving the function (clearing o...
Food & Beverages. PCW reserves the exclusive right to sell food, snacks and drinks except as specifically approved by confirmation of PCW in writing when a Vendor Application is accepted; in event of any overlap or conflict in items offered, PCW reserves priority to itself for sales.
Food & Beverages a. Prairie Package ONLY: all pizza and beverages will be ordered by Prairie Township staff on the Wednesday before your event. Pizza and drinks come from the selected vendors. Due to arrangements with vendors, outside food and beverages are not permitted for birthday parties if they compete with Flyer's Pizza or Pepsi. Exception: the renter may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream.
Food & Beverages. 62.1 Our venue is completely nut free. Food containing nuts will not be permitted into the venue. This also applies to grazing tables that may contain nut ingredients (i.e. Nutella). Wedding cakes or Special Event Cakes are allowed but must be NUT free 62.2 If the Customer is serving food and/or drinks at the Venue, you must observe all relevant food and hygiene laws and regulations. 62.3 Adequate event room space will be made available to store and serve all food and beverages brought in by the Customer to quality control the food environment and minimise the risk of accidents and cross-contamination to the detriment of all guests and staff. 62.4 Crockery, glassware and utensils will not be provided, and the Customer must bring their own personal crockery, cutlery. Items stored in the cupboards and Storeroom belonging to Rabbit Hole are not to be used. 62.5 Our venue is not a licensed venue – it is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain a liquor license should they intend to serve alcohol. 62.6 Open flame cooking is prohibited. Should fire alarms be activated through breach of this condition, the charges incurred as a result of Fire Brigade attendance will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. 62.7 The use of portable cooking appliances connected to gas bottles (BBQ) is strictly forbidden inside and outside the Rabbit Hole venue. 62.8 Food and drinks can only be consumed at the designed eating area only. Food is not permited in play areas and/or play equipment. Consumption of food and drinks not within the designed eating area is at the risk of the Customer and additional cleaning fees may apply.
Food & Beverages. The use of The Trust funds for food and beverages as incentives for the Provider’s workers, including but not limited to the provision of food and beverages in association with a conference or convention, is strictly prohibited and shall be deemed an ineligible expense. The purchase of food and beverages shall only be considered an eligible expense if the Provider has been expressly contracted to provide meal or food services, which shall in all instances exclude the purchase of alcoholic beverages, or where food provision is essential to supporting specific programming (including, but not limited to, providing healthy snacks in an afterschool activity).
