Environmental Management System. (a) The Operator must prior to the commencement of any Train Services (including any new or varied Train Services) have in place an Environmental Management System. The Environmental Management System prepared by the Operator must: (i) have regard to the issues raised in the Environmental Investigation and Risk Management Report and contain procedures for implementing the risk management proposals identified in it.
