Organizational Structure. The ISO will be governed by a ten (10) person unaffiliated Board of Directors, as per Article 5 herein. The organizational structure of the aggregation program will be as follows: Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator: The aggregation will be approved by the Board of Selectmen, the elected representatives of the citizens of the Town, and overseen by the Town Administrator.
