Train Services means the business and operations involved in the carriage of freight or passengers by rail, and does not include the business and operations involved in the provision and maintenance of facilities for the operation of railways.

Train Services means Train Services for which a Reference Tariff applies under the Aurizon Network Access Undertaking.

Train Services means Train Services for which a Reference Tariff applies under the Aurizon Network Access Undertaking. Reimbursable Item means an item of expense incurred by Aurizon Network in respect of which Aurizon Network is entitled under this Agreement to be reimbursed by the Owner for the cost of the item (subject to clause 1.2(d)).

• The following tables define the characteristics of Train Services which characteristics shall form part of the Train Service Description.

• With the following exceptions, the Train Services Cycle description is the most direct route over the Nominated Network between the Origins and Destinations and Destinations and Origins (as described in Paragraph 1.1).

• B The End User wishes to secure non-exclusive rights of access to the Nominated Network for the operation of Train Services by an Operator (or Operators) appointed by the End User.

• Where such date is prior to the date when the renewed or varied Reference Tariff Schedule and/or renewed or varied Take or Pay methodology relevant to the Train Services are published or otherwise advised (“Advice Date”), then the Parties will account to one another accordingly for the period between the Review Date and the Advice Date.

• Before the commencement of Train Services, the Access Holder must, at its expense, take out and subsequently maintain current at all times during the Term insurance with a corporation (as defined in the Corporations Act) licensed to conduct insurance business in Australia (or otherwise reasonably acceptable to Aurizon Network) those policies of insurance required by this Agreement.

• The Operator [or Access Holder (as applicable)] must comply with such terms in operating the Train Services.

More Definitions of Train Services

Train Services means the services for the carriage of Goods by railway listed and described by the Train Operator in a Specification, including both inward and outward movement of the Specified Equipment on the Facility and any Ancillary Movements, and "Train Service" shall be construed accordingly;

Train Services means the services identified in the Specification and which will enter a Service Facility; and

Train Services means services for the carriage of passengers or goods by railway;

Train Services means those train services operated by DRS and included in the Specification;
