The Authority must Sample Clauses
The Authority must. 17.1.1. treat all Contractor Sensitive Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly; and
17.1.2. not disclose any Contractor Sensitive Information to any other person without the prior written consent of the Contractor.
The Authority must a) Make available to the public, information about the water supply, sewerage and recycled water services it provides; and
b) Make available to the public, information about water conservation and the efficient and responsible use of water.
The Authority must. (i) consult with the Participants in fonnulating and reviewing the Five Year Forward Plan;
(ii) review the Five Year Forward Plan annually and update the Five Year Forward Plan so that the Five Year Forward Plan, at all times, covers a five year period; and
(iii) provide the Participants with an updated copy of the Five Year Forward Plan no later than 15 May in each year,
The Authority must. 17.1.1. treat all Service Provider Sensitive Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly; and
17.1.2. not disclose any Service Provider Sensitive Information to any other person without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
The Authority must. (a) give a copy of the discussion paper to the relevant State Minister for each of the Basin States; and
(b) invite the Basin State to make submissions to the Authority on the review; and
(c) allow the Basin State at least 12 weeks from when the invitation is given to make submissions to the Authority on the review.
