Engagement and Scope. 1.1 The County hereby engages the Consultant to provide professional services in accordance with the Contract Documents (defined in Section 4.1 hereof), including the Consultant’s Proposal (the “Proposal”), which is Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, with respect to the Historic Resource Survey Update Professional Services Agreement (the “Work”), and the Consultant hereby accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Engagement and Scope. Consultant agrees to act in a consulting capacity with respect to the business of the Company and the Company agrees to retain Consultant in such capacity. Consultant will perform such consulting services by rendering advice and assistance to the Company regarding the Company's business and will provide support to the CEO.

Consultant shall consult, advise and assist the Company with respect to commercial kitchen design and/or supply and related opportunities and its efforts to identify, locate, evaluate, and acquire entities or their assets in these businesses. Consultant shall perform such duties in connection with this engagement as the Company or corporations affiliated with the Company may reasonably require.

Consultant shall consult, advise and assist the Company with respect to towing, auto transport and related opportunities and its efforts to identify, locate, evaluate, and acquire entities or their assets in these businesses. Consultant shall perform such duties in connection with this engagement as the Company or corporations affiliated with the Company may reasonably require. Consultant, along with Xxxx Xxxxx, shall have the exclusive right to receive bonus compensation fees as provided in Xxxxxxxxx 0x below for URSI acquisitions during the term of this Agreement in the geographic area set forth on Appendix I.
Engagement and Scope. 1.1 The County hereby engages the Vendor to provide new off-the-shelf Cisco Equipment and SMARTnet maintenance (the “Products”), and professional services for Cisco Systems implementation and upgrades to Columbia County departments (the “Work”) in accordance with the Contract Documents (defined in Section 4.1 hereof), including the Vendor's Proposal, dated June 3, 2018, (the "Proposal"), which is Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Vendor hereby accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Engagement and Scope. 1.1 The County hereby engages the Vendor to provide 2023 Safety Striping Project B to Columbia County (the “Work”) in accordance with the Contract Documents (defined in Section 4.1 hereof), including the Vendor's Scope of Work, (the "Proposal"), which is Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof. In the event of conflicting specifications for the Work, the Request for Proposal shall govern. The Vendor hereby accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Engagement and Scope. The City hereby engages Consultant to perform certain professional services for the benefit of the City. The Consultant accepts such engagement pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and agrees to perform in a good and professional manner those services described in the attached Exhibit A to this Agreement. The general purpose of this Agreement is for Consultant to work with City staff to develop and implement an update to the Fort Xxxxxx Comprehensive Plan. Engagement and Scope. The Company engages Consultant to perform consulting services (the "Services"), and Consultant accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Company shall from time to time request Consultant to render services or accomplish certain tasks befitting of Consultant's qualifications and past duties. Should the Company not request services of Consultant, Consultant shall not be obligated to request or perform any duties. In no event shall Consultant be required to render services for an aggregate of more than two (2) work days per month during the five-year term of this Agreement. Consultant also shall perform such additional services in connection with this engagement as mutually agreed by the Company and Consultant.
Engagement and Scope. QLT appoints and engages Xx. Xxxx as its consultant and advisor with respect to those matters described in that separate memorandum dated December 7, 2005 (the "SERVICES"), and Xx. Xxxx accepts that appointment and engagement by QLT, all upon and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Xx. Xxxx will provide the Services to QLT in a good and faithful manner, using his best efforts and in a manner that will promote the interests of QLT. Xx. Xxxx will at all times refrain from making any public statement which may reasonably be expected to have a negative impact on QLT's goodwill, ongoing business, products, management or litigation in which QLT may be involved. In providing the Services, Xx. Xxxx will be responsible to and will report to the Chief Executive Officer of QLT or to such other person as QLT may from time to time designate.
Engagement and Scope. The Company engages Consultant to perform independent consulting services, and Consultant accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Consultant shall consult, advise, assist and perform such duties, assume such responsibilities and devote such time, attention and energy as the Company and Consultant may agree upon with respect to the integration of the Businesses with the business of certain affiliates of Parent and assisting with market development activities on behalf of the Company. Consultant also shall perform such additional services in connection with this engagement as the Company and Consultant may agree upon. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Consultant shall not be required to prepare written reports and shall only be required to devote such time as he reasonably deems necessary to perform the services hereunder.
