MANAGERIAL DUTIES. A management supervisors’ normal duties are supervisory in nature. Under normal circumstances they must not take the place of skilled workers. In the event that an emergency work condition arises, skilled help must be called in. Where suitable skilled help is not available at the required time, supervisors are expected to perform whatever duties are necessary. The foregoing is not intended to prohibit the management supervisor from carrying out appropriate training.

MANAGERIAL DUTIES. The Employee is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and is expected to perform all duties related to that position as outlined in Section 3 of the Charter of the City of Green Cove Springs. The hours the Employee must spend performing those duties vary. The Employee shall generally keep similar hours as other Department Headsand hours necessary to perform the duties hereunder; however, the City Council is the sole judge of the effectiveness of the job the Employee has done.

  • Typical Duties 1. Supervises from three to ten designated employees by performing duties such as scheduling and co- ordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements.

  • Position; Duties (a) During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Executive shall serve as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In this capacity the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other reasonable duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall designate. The Executive shall report directly to the Board. The Executive shall obey the lawful directions of the Board and shall use his diligent efforts to promote the interests of the Company and to maintain and promote the reputation thereof.

In furtherance thereof, the Owner Trustee shall, on behalf of itself and of the Issuer, execute and deliver to the Administrator and to each successor Administrator appointed pursuant to the terms hereof, one or more powers of attorney substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, appointing the Administrator the attorney-in-fact of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer for the purpose of executing on behalf of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.
