Employer Review. Employee agrees that any specific use or disclosure of the Covered Matters, both with respect to format and with respect to content, will require the prior written consent of Employer, which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Employee will provide to Employer, at least 20 days prior to any such use or disclosure: (i) a copy of any written disclosure; and (ii) a general script of any oral disclosure so as to provide a generalized understanding of the material to be presented orally, it being understood by Employer that such oral communication will involve discussion and reply to questions that cannot be precisely scripted.

Employer Review. 1) The Employer's written response will be issued to the grievant and the representative, if any, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the formal grievance is filed. If the response is not issued within this time limit, or if the grievance is not resolved at Step 1, the grievance may proceed to Step 2.
Employer Review. The Employer reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure. In the event the Employer chooses to review a grievance under this section, the Employer reserves the right to affirm, reverse or modify such decision. Before rendering a decision, the Employer may designate a committee or representative(s) to hear the appeal at this level, and report its findings and recommendation to the Employer.
Employer Review. Section 1. The Union or their designee shall have the right to inspect and review at a reasonable time and during working hours, at the Employer’s premises or any location where the Employer’s records are maintained, all payroll records and time sheets of the Employer which relate to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Annual Salary Review In December of each year throughout the TERM, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS and shall be set, effective January l of the following year, at an amount not less than $106,500, based upon the EMPLOYEE'S individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYERS (hereinafter referred to as the "ANNUAL REVIEW").
