Employee Development Services (EDS). EDS services are designed to address specific behaviors and attitudes which are anticipated to impede successful employment, based on referral information from DORS. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES shall develop with the individual a plan for EDS services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for EDS services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes.

EDS Reporting. After the person’s first month in an EDS/WAT Program, as well as for the duration of the person’s training period, XXXXX XXXXXXX BAYVIEW MEDICAL CENTER, INC. ADULT PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM shall complete and submit the DORS Training Progress Report (Attachment B) or XXXXX XXXXXXX BAYVIEW MEDICAL CENTER, INC. ADULT PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM training progress report.

VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA CHESAPEAKE & CAROLINAS shall develop with the individual a plan for EDS services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for EDS services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes.

Related to Employee Development Services (EDS)

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:
