Employee Contract Year. Any regular contract employee must work at least 120 days in an employment year before the employee will be considered to have been employed for a one-year period under Section 33 19.081 of the Ohio Revised Code. Thus, an employee is not eligible for a subsequent multiyear contract or for movement on the Salary Schedules until completion of at least 120 days of employment in any one employment year.
