Severance Period Sample Clauses

Severance Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “Severance Period” means the period of time commencing immediately after Executive’s separation of service from the Company through the date that is six (6) months following such separation date, plus an additional two (2) months for every fully completed Year of Service; provided, however, that in all cases the Severance Period will end no later than on the twelve (12)-month anniversary of the date of Executive’s termination of employment.

Severance Period. Whenever reference is made in this Agreement to the Severance Period, “Severance Period” shall mean the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending on the twelve-month anniversary of the Termination Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if (a) Employee relocated was required to relocate from a location more than 50 miles from the Place of Employment in order to commence employment with the Consolidated Companies and Employee’s employment is subsequently terminated during the Term by Employee for Good Reason or by the Company without Cause on or before the two-year anniversary of the Effective Date, or (b) Employee’ accepts a change in Employee’s place of employment (and relocates without terminating his or her Employment for Good Reason based upon such change) during the Term and then Employee’s employment is terminated during the Term by Employee for Good Reason or by the Company without Cause before the two-year anniversary of such change in Employee’s place of employment, then in case of either (a) or (b) the periods referred to in the definition of Severance Period shall be changed from 12-months to 16-months.

Severance Period. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Severance Period shall be Nine Months (9) months; provided, that if the Executive’s Separation from Service occurs during a Change in Control Period (as defined below) Period, then the Severance Period shall be Twelve (12) months.
