Emp1oyment. The Company agrees to employ Executive, and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Company, upon the terms and conditions herein provided, for the period commencing as of April 22, 1999 (the "Agreement Effective Date") and ending on June 30, 2002.

Emp1oyment. The Employer agrees to continue to employ the Officer and the Officer agrees to continue to accept employment upon the terms and conditions stated herein as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. The Officer shall render such services to the Employer as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. The Officer shall promote the business of the Employer, and perform such other duties as shall, from time to time, be reasonably assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company or the Bank (collectively, the “Directors”). Upon the request of the Directors, the Officer shall disclose all business activities or commercial pursuits in which Officer is engaged, other than Employer duties. The Officer shall be based out of the Employer’s Statesville office, and shall not be required to move her base office more than a fifteen (15) mile radius from the Employer’s Statesville office.
Emp1oyment. The Employer agrees to continue to employ the Officer and the Officer agrees to continue to accept employment upon the terms and conditions stated herein as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and the Bank. The Officer shall render such administrative and management services to the Employer as are customarily performed by persons situated in a similar executive capacity. The Officer shall promote the business of the Employer, including being active in at least one civic organization in Iredell County, and perform such other duties as shall, from time to time, be reasonably assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company or the Bank (collectively, the “Directors”). Upon the request of the Directors, the Officer shall disclose all business activities or commercial pursuits in which Officer is engaged, other than Employer duties.
Emp1oyment. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to be employed by the Company upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Emp1oyment. (a) The Company will employ the Executive as, and the Executive will act as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, subject to and upon the terms set forth in this Agreement, for the Term of Employment.

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.

  • Location of Employment The Executive's principal place of business shall continue to be at the Company's headquarters to be located within thirty (30) miles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; provided, that the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the performance by the Executive of his duties shall require frequent travel including, without limitation, overseas travel from time to time.

  • Probation At any time after October 15, a classroom teacher whose work is judged not satisfactory based on the scoring criteria shall be placed on probation and notified in writing of the specific areas of deficiencies and provided a written reasonable plan of improvement.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Consultancy 2.1 The Consultancy's obligation to provide the Consultancy Services shall be performed by one or more employees of the Consultancy as the Consultancy may consider appropriate (“the Staff”), but shall be project led as set out in Clause 1. The Consultancy shall ensure that the Staff supplied to perform the Consultancy Services shall have the required skills, qualification and resources to provide the Consultancy Services to the required standard.
