Employment of Executive. Employer hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be and remain in the employ of Employer, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Employment of Executive. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Employer hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment, as Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall devote Executive’s entire productive time, effort and attention to the business of Employer during the Term (as defined below). Executive will use his best efforts at all times to promote and protect the good name of Employer and Employer’s subsidiaries, affiliates and other related companies (together with Employer, each a “Related Company” and, collectively the “Related Companies”) as well as that of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, products and services. Executive shall not directly or indirectly render any service of a business, commercial or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Employer.
Employment of Executive. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby employs the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts such employment for the period stated in ARTICLE 3 of this Agreement.
Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, in each case pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Executive. Executive acknowledges that he is employed by TWW or its Affiliates subject to the terms of his employment agreement with TWW (if any). Any change of Executive’s duties as an employee of the Company shall not result in a modification of the terms of this Agreement.
Employment of Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to enter into the employ of the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions herein provided.
Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.
Employment of Executive. The Corporation hereby employs Executive as its Executive Vice President - Scientific Affairs, to perform the duties and responsibilities traditionally incident to such office, subject at all times to the control and direction of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Employment of Executive. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, including Executive’s agreement to sign a release of claims as provided in Section 13, the Company and Executive wish to establish an Employment Agreement retaining Executive’s services as described herein, establishing certain incentive, tenure and performance criteria related to such employment and otherwise fixing Executive’s benefits, base salary and incentive compensation.
Employment of Executive. The Company engages and employs Executive in an executive capacity and Executive accepts such employment and agrees to act as an employee of the Company in accordance with the terms of employment hereinafter specified. Executive shall hold the office of Chief Operating Officer and shall, subject to the direction and supervision of the Company's of Board of Directors, (a) have the responsibilities and authority customarily associated with such office, and (b) perform such other duties and responsibilities as the Company's Board of Directors shall from time to time assign to him. Executive agrees diligently and faithfully to serve the Company and to devote his best efforts, his full business time and his highest talents and skills to the furtherance and success of the Company's business.
