Editorial Services. In consideration of the Editorial Fees described in Section 5.2 below, InfoBeat will provide to Sony, and, at Sony's request, to any other Sony Parties, the Editorial Services described more fully in EXHIBIT A in connection with the creation of messages for E-Mail Distribution of equivalent scope as that which InfoBeat provides under InfoBeat's existing organizational structure as part of its Publishing Business as of the Effective Date (as specified in Section B(1) of EXHIBIT A). Editorial Services. In the event of such termination Sony may extend offers of employment to members of InfoBeat's then-current Editorial Services Group, which such members may reject or accept in their sole discretion.
Editorial Services. A continuing fee of $4,167 per month (for a period of one year not to exceed $50,000) In subsequent Renewal Terms (defined herein in Paragraph 6), RNETHEALTH shall pay to UNIVERSITY 20% of the first year payments for continued exclusive display or use of the contents provided by UNIVERSITY or materials editorially reviewed by UNIVERSITY (as provided under Paragraph 9, herein).   • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.
