Duration of Insurance. The duration of the insurance is stated in the insurance contract. The insurance will be automatically renewed on the renewal date, unless otherwise stated in the insurance contract.

Duration of Insurance. An employee is eligible for Board contributions as provided in this Article as long as the employee is employed by Independent School District No. 622. Upon termination of employment, all Board participation and contribution shall cease, effective on the last working day, except as provided in Article XV.

Duration of Insurance. Participation: An employee is eligible for participation as provided in this Article as long as the employee is employed by the School District. Upon termination of employment, participation shall cease, effective on the last working day, subject to statutory and insurance company regulations. Employees who are receiving a PERA disability benefit or are receiving an annuity from PERA or have satisfied the age and service requirements and are eligible to receive an annuity from PERA may remain on the District’s health insurance plan until eligible for Medicare.
Duration of Insurance. Subcontractor shall maintain all insurance required by Section 16 at all times during the performance of the Work, and for such longer periods as set forth in the Contract Documents. In addition, Subcontractor shall maintain primary and excess products liability and completed operations coverage for at least ten (10) years following completion of the Project and its acceptance by Owner. Certificates of Insurance requirements set forth in Section 16.6 apply on an annual basis.

Licensee shall maintain such commercial general liability insurance during (i) the period any such product, process or service that includes or is based in whole or in part upon the Licensed Technology, including without limitation any Licensee Derivative Works, is being commercially used (for or by a customer of IHS other than Partners or any of its Affiliates), sold, licensed, transferred, assigned or otherwise disposed of by Licensee or by a sublicensee, Affiliate or agent of Licensee and (ii) a reasonable period after the period referred to in C.(i) above which in no event shall be less than fifteen (15) years.

Contribution Upon separation of employment, all-district participation and contribution toward group insurance benefits shall cease effective at the end of the month of the last working day except as provided under other provisions of this document. However, the administrator may be continued in the group insurance plans at his or her own expense for a period following separation determined by the insurance carrier and applicable laws.
