Option J Hotline for stress and well-being The option covers telephone counselling by psycho- logists, psychotherapists or other health professionals with expertise in e.g. stress and well-being. Counselling is covered for employees, managers and co-insured. Counselling can be provided regarding e.g.: • Private issues affecting well-being, such as personal crises, children, marital relations, divorce, lifestyle and addiction. • Stress line with coaching and counselling on reducing stress symptoms, identifying causes, preventive counselling and efforts related to mild symptoms of stress. • Work-related issues affecting well-being, such as burnout, dismissal, bullying and conflicts. • Professional coaching for managers. Telephone counselling is available every weekday from 9 – 16 and is provided by our quality assured psycho- logical network. All treatments are ordered through the healthcare team when necessary. There will be access to telephone counselling within 48 hours on weekdays. Cover is provided for 5 conversations of 30-60 minutes’ duration per course. The number of treatments is needs-based and determined on the basis of a therapist’s professional assessment. There is no limit to the number of courses.
