Disability Benefit definition

Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 8.
Disability Benefit means the benefit payable to the Executive following a determination, in accordance with Subsection 6.1(a), that he is no longer able, properly and satisfactorily, to perform his duties at the Bank.
Disability Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.3.
