Disability Benefit definition

Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 8.
Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.
Disability Benefit means the benefit payable to the Executive following a determination, in accordance with Subsection 6.1(a), that he is no longer able, properly and satisfactorily, to perform his duties at the Bank.

More Definitions of Disability Benefit

Disability Benefit means a benefit paid as disability retirement under section 145.36 of the Revised Code, as a disability allowance under section 145.361 of the Revised Code, or as a disability benefit under section 145.37 of the Revised Code.
