Dues and Other Fees. The Member shall pay dues, fees and other assessments applicable to its class, as established from time to time by the Board of Directors. If an institution becomes a Member during the first half of the fiscal year, it shall be required to pay a full year’s dues. Payment of annual dues is required for membership to the Corporation, in accordance with the terms printed on the invoice. In addition to annual dues, individual Members may elect to participate in other services or programs provided by the Corporation from time to time and at the discretion of the Corporation. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement as set forth below, do not obtain or use the NAPT name and/or Logo. The NAPT logo may be obtained directly from NAPT staff in the form of a graphic file contained on computer media or by download from the Member’s Only section of the NAPT website. Approved NAPT logos are shown below: License to Identify Membership: During the Term of this Agreement, NAPT grants You a nonexclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable limited license to use the NAPT Name and Logo for the limited purpose of conveying notice of Your membership in NAPT. You agree that the NAPT Name and Logo may not be used, copied, reproduced or altered in any manner. Nothing in this Agreement, or in Your use of the NAPT Name and Logo, will give You any right whatsoever in the NAPT Name and Logo, or in any similar marks, beyond the right granted in this Agreement. Upon any termination, expiration, cancellation or suspension of your membership or the Term of this Agreement, you shall discontinue all use of the NAPT Name and/or Logo. Furthermore, NAPT has an absolute right to terminate, cancel, suspend or withdraw your license at any time. The NAPT Name and Logo may not be used in any way as to represent approval by NAPT of the content of media with prior written permission of NAPT. A copy of any proposed media must accompany all requests for permission. The NAPT Name and Logo may not be used in any way as to represent an endorsement or certification by NAPT of any product or service offered by You. Nothing in this Agreement or in Your use of the NAPT Name and/or Logo shall confer any endorsement or approval of your products or services or of You.

All membership and other fees paid to OIX are nonrefundable for any reason, including termination of Membership by the Member.
