Participation in Meetings. Whenever any representative of the Association is mutually scheduled to participate in negotiations, conferences, grievance hearings, or arbitrations during normal working hours, he/she shall suffer no loss in pay.
Participation in Meetings. One or more directors may participate in any meeting of the Board or committee thereof by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by which all persons participating can hear each other.

The Party not having the lead responsibility for Regulatory Interactions in a country with respect to the Shared Products shall have the right to have up to two (2) senior, experienced employees reasonably acceptable to the responsible Party participate as observers in material or scheduled face-to-face meetings, video conferences and teleconferences with all applicable Regulatory Authorities relating to any Shared Product, and shall be provided with advance access to the responsible Party’s material documentation prepared for such meetings.
Participation in Meetings. The Provider is responsible for participation in FAPT meetings as requested by the Buyer and shall provide a designee to attend a meeting if the client’s assigned worker is not available.
