Similar Marks definition

Similar Marks is defined in Section 11.2.6.
Similar Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).
Similar Marks means the “KLX” name and any trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or similar rights that are likely to cause confusion with the KLX Trademarks.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 5.11, from and after the Closing, the Acquired Companies may (i) retain and use, for the Acquired Companies internal business purposes, records and other historical or archived documents containing or referencing the Similar Marks; and (ii) refer on their websites and in their advertising, marketing and promotional materials to the historical fact that the Acquired Companies previously conducted their businesses under the Similar Marks.

  • You will not create, register, purchase, or obtain, (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) directly or indirectly, any trademark, service ▇▇▇▇, trade name, company name, internet domain name, search engine listing, directory listing, metatag, name that redirects traffic to your site, or other proprietary or commercial right that is identical or confusingly similar (including variations and misspellings) to the Orbitz Marks ("Similar Marks").

Similar Marks without the prior written consent of Fox. To the extent Fox so consents, such Similar Mark ▇▇▇ll be deemed a Licensed Mark. ▇▇epasa hereby acknowledges and agrees that any trademark, service mark, ▇▇go or trade name that includes the word "Fox" or is a colorable imitation of any of Fox's trademarks, service marks or logos shall be considered a Similar Mark.

Related to Similar Marks

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.
