Yellow Pages. Licensee shall, if requested by Licensor, list separately, or participate in a listing, in the Yellow Pages of his local telephone directory containing such copy as may reasonably be specified by Licensor. The cost of listing shall be paid by Licensee, or by Licensee and other participating licensees in the case of a joint listing. Licensor shall not specify an unreasonably expensive listing.
Yellow Pages. It is understood by the parties that commission paid on the yellow pages product will be paid to the selling sales person only at their regular commission rate and is not otherwise subject to Article 6, Commission Plan or Appendix F, Advertising Sales Commission Plan letter of understanding.
Yellow Pages. The summaries with respect to Target’s relationship and agreements with Yellow Pages included in Section 3.2(hh) of the Disclosure Schedule are accurate and complete as of the Closing Date. ARTICLE IV

Your cost to advertise in the yellow pages as we direct will be included as part of your local advertising requirements under subparagraph 8.
Yellow Pages. Licensee agrees that all Yellow Page advertising for the Products and Services under the Sears Trademark will be placed through Sears and/or Sears designated agent in the same way Sears places Yellow Page advertising for its own merchandise and service departments. All such advertising shall be at the sole expense of Licensee.

ITN will provide appropriate disclaimer statements for health and legal guides and others, as required. 4. "IT NETWORK" logo must appear prominently on each page. 5. Aas will not provide color proof of final pages for ITN's approval. 6. ITN pages design must be consistent with Aas template or the ITN pages will not be forwarded to the printer. General ITN FOB pages design and general content will be reviewed and approved by Aas by the Audiotex product manger.
Yellow Pages. The Yellow Pages listings will allow you to search for companies or businesses details by keying in the company name or telephone numbers appearing in over 3500 categories. Search a company by name. You may obtain the company’s address, telephone number, fax number & website information here. The system may also navigate you to the location of the company.
Yellow Pages. InfoSource, itself or through its subcontractors or affiliates (approved by each applicable LEC in accordance with this Agreement), may produce Yellow Pages directories for each LEC in accordance with the schedule, formats, specifications, procedures, and other terms and conditions of the Publishing Procedures, as the same may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties and in accordance with applicable law. InfoSource shall inform each LEC of desired format changes to the Yellow Pages on an annual basis. Any such changes shall be subject to approval by any affected LEC, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. InfoSource, itself or through its approved subcontractors or affiliates, will distribute Yellow Pages directories on behalf of each LEC to such LEC's customers in the manner set forth in the Publishing Procedures. Each LEC hereby grants to InfoSource the exclusive right to solicit and sell advertising to be included within the Yellow Pages directory.
Yellow Pages. Maintenance The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to KMC (including Customers utilizing KMC‑assigned telephone numbers and KMC Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to KMC Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
