Initial Membership Fee means: the one-time payment due on application to become a Member. “Member” means: a person who has been accepted by WorldVentures as a member and who has paid the Initial Membership Fee and continues to pay the Monthly Membership Fee. A person immediately ceases to be a Member if he or she terminates his or her Membership or fails to pay the Monthly Membership Fee when due. Examples of Initial Membership Fee in a sentence

  • The Board shall determine the amount of each Subsequent Membership Fee, but in no event shall it be less than the Initial Membership Fee the public agency would have been required to pay to become a Member within the Initial Membership Period.

  • Annual Membership Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.
