Downstream Clause Samples
The "Downstream" clause defines the obligations or rights that apply to parties further along a contractual or supply chain relationship, typically referring to subcontractors, sub-licensees, or subsequent recipients of goods, services, or rights. In practice, this clause may require the primary party to ensure that all downstream parties comply with certain terms, such as confidentiality, intellectual property restrictions, or quality standards. Its core function is to extend key contractual requirements beyond the immediate parties, ensuring consistency and risk management throughout the entire chain of transactions or relationships.

Downstream. Single-tagged frames are delivered as untagged frames at the UNI. Double tagged frames are delivered as single tagged frames at the UNI. C-tag 802.1Q VLAN and PCP values are preserved as in the single- tagged 802.1Q frame at the UNI.
Downstream processing Starting from the cells harvested from the first fermentation, the exact process described will be repeated at the 1 litre scale. The columns will be scaled for a 1 litre process as a 100 x scale down from the described process. The flows will be reduced accordingly. In order to optimise the flows, a second purification will be performed at the 1 litre scale. The flow will be increased to the usual value for the said' chromatographic resin. This step is crucial to be able to perform the complete DSP within one working week.
Downstream. CONSTRUCTION The consumer shall be liable for the costs of installations of all secondary piping beyond the outlet of the meter and within his own premises including the piping from the point of delivery to the buildings and shall assume all risk and responsibility with respect to such piping and his relating to gas fitting applicable in the Province of Alberta and in conformity with any rules and regulations made by the Directors of the Co-op. The Co-op shall have the right to inspect such piping but such inspection shall not relieve the Consumer of his responsibility in respect of such piping and installation, or in respect of any of his equipment or appliances.

Facility: Producer Facilities and the Operator Facilities, which connect Producer ▇▇▇▇▇/RNG Source to the Operator System. Good Utility Practices: Those natural gas utility practices, methods, selections, and use of equipment, and acts that, at a particular time, in the exercise of reasonable judgment, would have been expected by those in the natural gas utility business to accomplish the desired result expeditiously in a manner consistent with safety, laws, regulations, reliability, environmental protection, and economy; “Good Utility Practice” is not intended to be limited to the optimum or best practice, method, or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to delineate acceptable practices, methods, or acts generally accepted in the region. 3.6.7 Frames will be treated based on the individual frames Traffic Class classification:
3.6.8 Frames are policed at ingress based on the subscribed CIR/CBS/EIR/EBS values for the frame’s Traffic Class classification;
(a) Frames are transported between the E-NNI and UNI as follows: Low Traffic Class CIR ≥ 0 EIR ≥ 0 Queued and Weighted fairly under congestion conditions Frames classified as EIR dropped first High Traffic Class CIR ≥ 0 EIR = 0 Strictly prioritised
(b) In-profile Frame drop preference is: • Low Traffic Class EIR; • Low Traffic Class CIR; • High Traffic Class (CIR); CIR frames will be delivered according to performance metrics..
(c) Traffic can burst up to line rate as per policer settings (CBS/EBS);
(d) The headline rate = CIR+EIR. There will be no bandwidth overhead to compensate for higher protocol encapsulation overheads;
3.6.9 The Enhanced Bitstream 4 Service has similar characteristics to the other services within the UFB family of Bitstream services as identified below:
