Qualified Employees. You must provide on Catapult’s request suitably qualified and informed Personnel to provide assistance and information to Catapult, including with respect to knowledge or control of matters that may assist Catapult in performing its obligations under this agreement.
Qualified Employees. The Consultant shall provide only professional employees and Subconsultants who have the qualifications, experience, and capabilities to perform the Services.
Qualified Employees. To qualify for holiday pay, an employee: (a) must be a regular full-time or regular part- time employee who has completed at least thirty (30) days of continuous employment as a full- time employee immediately preceding the occurrence of the holiday (or day observed as such); and (b) must work the full last scheduled work day prior to the holiday and the full next scheduled work day after the holiday, unless an authorized absence is in effect.
Qualified Employees. Seller shall perform and shall cause its Subcontractors to perform all of the Maintenance using qualified Employees satisfactory to Buyer. No Employee unsatisfactory to Buyer will be assigned to perform any of the Maintenance. From time-to-time, Buyer may request and Seller shall provide resumes, references, or other information reflecting the qualifications of any Employee, either before or after the Employee is assigned to perform Maintenance.
Qualified Employees. Seller shall perform all of the Services using qualified Employees satisfactory to Buyer. No Employee unsatisfactory to Buyer will be assigned to perform any of the Services. From time to time, Buyer may request and Seller shall provide resumes, references, or other information reflecting the qualifications of any Employee, either before or after he or she is assigned to perform Services. Seller and its Employees shall be properly licensed, certified, or registered in accordance with Applicable Law. A “qualified” Employee under this Section 9(a) (Qualified Employees) shall mean, in Buyer’s reasonable determination, an Employee that possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications to provide and perform all Services in a diligent, workmanlike and professional manner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, all Applicable Laws and best practices in the industry.
Qualified Employees. A qualified person for all provisions of this policy is a regular full-time custodian or facility services worker, or custodian-engineer who holds the appropriate license for the task, and has demonstrated satisfactory job performance.
Qualified Employees. A. Employees may be bumped into or be reassigned to positions under this Article if the employee is qualified to perform the duties of the position and subject to the criteria for bumping or reassignment in subsection B below.
Qualified Employees. Company represents and warrants that all employees of Company are properly trained, licensed, sufficiently experienced and otherwise qualified and capable of performing the Services assigned them.
Qualified Employees. Other than apprentices, only personnel trained and skilled in the task assigned to them may be employed on any portion of the Work. Any employee found by the Manager or the County to be unskilled or untrained in their Work shall be removed from the Work.
Qualified Employees an individual who is paid wages on an hourly basis (i.e., are not paid on a salary basis); is, or has been, employed by a qualified or other HAS-designated contractor who has performed, or is currently performing work at HAS in support of HAS-Designated Capital Projects; and, has individually performed, or has been employed by a qualified or HAS-designated contractor to perform work on HAS-Designated Capital Projects.
