Disciplinary Warning Material. A nurse may make a written request to the Human Resource department for removal of verbal and/or written warnings from an employee’s personnel file after one (1) year if no further corrective action is taken during such one (1) year period. Any removal of disciplinary actions from an employee’s personnel file shall be at the sole discretion of the Employer. If the Employer chooses to not remove a disciplinary action as requested by an employee, then the Employer shall inform the employee in writing the reason(s) for declining to remove the discipline.
