Hospital Low Census Days Allocation. When the Employer identifies a temporary period of low census (to be distinguished from a permanent or prolonged reduction in personnel) and when the Employer determines that there is not sufficient work within a Hospital unit for a shift, low census will be implemented in the below order providing the Employer determines that the remaining nurses have the necessary skills, qualifications and abilities to perform the expected work.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • Refund after Scaling Completed Any cash deposit, in excess of that required to meet charges under B4.2, shall be refunded or transferred within 15 days of Purchaser’s request after Scaling is completed, except for amounts estimated to be required under B9.5. B4.3 Payment Guaranteed by Xxxx or Deposited Securities. To guarantee payment, Purchaser may fur- nish and maintain an acceptable surety bond or deposit in a Federal Depository negotiable securities of the United States.   • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Dependent Care Expense Account The Employer agrees to provide insurance eligible employees with the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by law or regulation.

  • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Horizontal Movement The Board encourages all unit members to improve their skills through advanced training and, as an inducement thereto, provides extra compensation for those who do so successfully. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for assuring that unit members comply with the following regulations when claiming credit for advanced studies.

  • Flexible Spending Account The parties agree that the State shall have the right to use State Employee Health Plan funds to cover the administrative costs of operating the medical and dependent care flexible spending account programs.
