Disciplinary Process definition

Disciplinary Process means the process initiated against a staff member pursuant to Staff Regulation 10.1(a), beginning with the issuance of Charges of Misconduct;
Disciplinary Process means the process beginning with the Salary Cap Manager investigating a breach and ending with the Disciplinary Panel making a decision;
Disciplinary Process means the process, set out within the Disciplinary Regulations, which commences when a complaint is received by the Institute;

Examples of Disciplinary Process in a sentence

  • Any breach of the provisions of this clause will be managed in accordance with the Disciplinary Process of this Agreement.

  • In cases where poor performance is ongoing the formal Disciplinary Process will be implemented.

  • Notification of random testing (when applicable, see Section IX, Disciplinary Process), will be made by the DPM.

  • The restoring of a regular or regular-intermittent employee to his/her previous position under the provisions of Disciplinary Process.

  • The employee shall be afforded the opportunity to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ conference with the department head or his or her designee as provided in Section 38.8.3 (Disciplinary Process: STEP 1 – Department Director) or may respond to the Notice of Intent in writing to the Department Head within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Written Notice of Intent.


More Definitions of Disciplinary Process

Disciplinary Process means the Company’s disciplinary process as may be varied from time to time and followed by the Company in relation to the Code of Conduct;
Disciplinary Process means the entire process of receiving and investigating complaints, imposing disciplinary measures, and providing appeals, in accordance with the Auditor Performance Management Procedure, for any complaint or allegation of Auditor conduct that is prohibited by the Energy Safety Canada Auditor Code of Ethics (SAC-CFT-002) or serious, unaddressed, or repeated shortcomings in audit quality as determined by the Energy Safety Canada Safety Audits and Certifications Manual (SAC-MNL-001), the Approved Energy Safety Canada Audit Protocol (SAC-CFT-014), or the Certified Health and Safety Auditor Program; "Energy Safety Canada Auditor Code of Ethics" means the Code of Ethics (SAC-CFT-002) developed by Energy Safety Canada with which the Auditor must comply, as amended from time to time;
Disciplinary Process means the entire process of receiving and investigating complaints, imposing disciplinary measures, and providing appeals, in accordance with the Auditor Performance Management Policy, for any complaint or allegation of Auditor conduct that is prohibited by the Enform Auditor Code of Ethics or serious, unaddressed, or repeated shortcomings in audit quality as determined by the Enform Health and Safety Program Certifications Policy and Procedure Manual, the Approved Enform Audit Protocol, or the Certified Health and Safety Auditor Program;
Disciplinary Process means the Process operated by the Church for the purpose of exercising discipline in respect of persons whose names are on either the Roll of ministers or the Roll of CRCWs, such process being contained in Section O of the
Disciplinary Process or “Disciplinary Processes” means or refers to the entire disciplinary process, including the process of instituting an investigation, if necessary; the formulation of charges; the holding of a Disciplinary Hearing, if necessary; and the imposition of an appropriate sanction;
Disciplinary Process means the whole Process set out herein (subject to such variations as shall from time to time be made).
