Disciplinary Investigations. 22.3.1 Informal meetings between the College and faculty members regarding workplace issues are encouraged.
Disciplinary Investigations. If an employee reasonably believes he or she may be disciplined, he/she may request Union representation. The employee has the right to be accompanied by his/her Union representative during an investigatory interview. The Union representative has the right to provide advice and counsel to the employee.
