General Processing of Personal Data. Both parties will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. The provisions of this Schedule are in addition to, and do not relieve, remove or replace, a party's obligations or rights under the Data Protection Legislation. In respect of Personal Data outside of the UK, both parties agree to treat such data with the same level of protection as under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
