Mechanical Completion Date definition

Mechanical Completion Date means the date on which Mechanical Completion occurs.

Mechanical Completion Date means the date that Client makes the Mechanical Completion payment (Payment #4 in Schedule #6) to EPC Contractor, which will be no later than the date set forth in the Project Schedule provided that Client has approved, or otherwise indicated any required changes and reasonable basis for same, all in accordance with this Agreement.

Mechanical Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3.

More Definitions of Mechanical Completion Date

Mechanical Completion Date means the date on which Mechanical Completion for each turbine is demonstrated in accordance with the requirements of Section 20.1.
