Deputy Chief of Party. (DCOP) The DCOP will be responsible for providing managerial and operational guidance for the program. His/her primary responsibilities will be to ensure that the program functions are aligned with both the technical priorities of the GoE and USG regulations. Thus he/she will need to work closely with the Technical Advisors, the Finance Officer and the COP. He/She will act as the COP when COP is absent. It is expected that the DCOP will be full-time for not less than 5 years. It is highly desirable that the DCOP have a Master's in Public Health, Information Sciences, Data Science, Nutrition or related areas and at least 8 years of demonstrated experience managing operational, project management, and administrative duties for U.S. Government–funded projects or other internationally funded programs.

Deputy Chief of Party. (DCOP) The DCOP will be helping in managing the activity and serve as the acting COP in the COP’s absence. The DCOP’s qualifications must demonstrate an understanding of the requirements and challenges of fiscal reform. Demonstrated Project Management experience is required and project management certification (e.g. PMP) is highly desirable. The position requires an individual with the following qualifications: ● At least a Bachelor's degree in a public financial management related field (economics, finance, accounting, business administration). ● Demonstrated experience working in planning and managing highly complex public financial management related projects in developing countries, with preference given to Middle East countries. ● Demonstrated ability to create, manage and sustain productive working relationships with counterparts/stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. ● Demonstrated capacity to build staff skills and ensure quality control of activity deliverables.
Deputy Chief of Party. (DCOP) or equivalent title The DCOP shall perform those tasks of the COP as delegated to the DCOP by the COP. The below specified Key Personnel are responsible for implementation of objectives described in Section C of the RFP:
Deputy Chief of Party. This candidate must be able to act as COP in the COP’s absence. The Deputy COP must focus on technical implementation of the project and have the following minimum set of qualifications: ● Progressively responsible experience in health systems strengthening, service delivery or other related field including several years of management and supervision experience; ● Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation, written and oral English, to fulfill the diverse technical and managerial requirements of the activity and to coordinate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders; ● Strong analytical skills; and ● Demonstrated experience at developing institutional capacity in government institutions in Liberia or similar context.

  • Chief Operating Officer Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect.   • Vice Chairman In the absence of the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the unitholders of the MLP; and he shall have such other powers and duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors.
