FIXED FEE CEILING. ‌ (a) Pursuant to the clauses entitled "Allowable Cost and Payment" (FAR 52.216-7) and "Fixed Fee" (FAR 52.216-8) are incorporated into this Contract, the terms and conditions of these clauses apply after total payments of fixed fee reach eighty-five percent (85%) of the total fixed fee. (b) For Grants Under Contracts (GUC) administration purposes a separate Fixed Fee Ceiling is applicable, if found necessary. In no event may the amount of fixed fee (if any) applicable to GUCs exceed [ ] percent (Offeror proposes ceiling percentage) of the Contract GUC cost.
