CONTRACT TYPE AND SERVICES Clause Samples
The "Contract Type and Services" clause defines the nature of the agreement and outlines the specific services to be provided under the contract. It typically specifies whether the contract is, for example, a fixed-price, time-and-materials, or cost-reimbursable arrangement, and details the scope of work or deliverables expected from the service provider. By clearly identifying both the contractual framework and the services involved, this clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of their obligations and helps prevent disputes over the type or extent of services to be delivered.
