Data / Reporting Services. US Bio shall capture Patient information and other data and enter such Patient information into the Hub Services Database. US Bio shall enter into the Hub Services Database all Patient information and other data in accordance with the File Transfer Agreement as set forth in Exhibit E.
Data / Reporting Services. These Services are intended for the Market Participant who will not use HEnEx as an RRM for the reporting of its transactions in HEnEx Markets to ACER. HEnEx will provide the Market Participant access to the reporting records of HEnEx Markets. HEnEx Markets transactions data will be available to the Market Participant in a specific format that is required by ACER (ACER xml format), at the latest on the working day following the auction/trading session.
Data / Reporting Services. Service Supplier shall prepare inventory reports detailing the status of its Aggregate Inventory of Products (“Inventory Reports”) and movement of Products (“Sales Reports”) by NDC number for the duration of this Agreement. Service Supplier shall provide Customer with such Inventory Reports weekly, or daily upon request, and Sales Reports monthly. All such Inventory and Sales Reports shall be transmitted in EDI 852 and EDI 867 formats, respectively and shall include such information as reasonably requested by Customer, including but not limited to the following:

EACH SUCH PORTION, WHICH HAS BEEN OMITTED HEREIN AND REPLACED WITH AN ASTERISK ***, HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Inventory Reports *** and Sales Reports *** during each ***, except that Distributor shall provide Sales Reports *** during the ***. At Manufacturer’s request, more frequent data transmissions or reports may be provided for an additional mutually agreed upon fee. All such Inventory Reports and Sales Reports shall include such information as reasonably requested by Manufacturer, including but not limited to the following: • on hand inventory level by distribution center; and • sales out by distribution center. Distributor will use commercially reasonable efforts to assure that for each of the Products the aggregate sales data in units provided in the Inventory Reports will be within ***% of the total of all Manufacturer sales data provided in the Sales Reports for each quarter.

Service Supplier shall prepare inventory and related sales data reports, pursuant to EDI 852 and EDI 867 formats, detailing the status of its inventory of each Product (quantity and dollars by Product and distribution center) ("Inventory Reports") and movement of Products ("Sales Reports") by NDC number for the duration of this Agreement. All Inventory Reports and Sales Reports shall include all of Service Suppliers' (and any of Service Supplier's subsidiaries or affiliates, including without limitation, Cardinal Trading Company) distribution centers and/or storage facilities (each shall be referred to as a "Distribution Center"). Service Supplier shall provide Customer with such Inventory Reports monthly and Sales Reports monthly. All such Inventory and Sales Reports shall be transmitted in EDI 852 and EDI 867 formats as set forth herein, respectively and shall include such information as reasonably requested by Customer, including but not limited to the following:
Data / Reporting Services. 2.5.1 AmerisourceBergen shall prepare inventory reports detailing the status of its Aggregate Inventory (“Inventory Reports”) and movement of Products (“Sales Reports”) by NDC number for the duration of this Agreement. AmerisourceBergen shall provide Connetics with Inventory Reports weekly and Sales Reports monthly. All such Inventory and Sales Reports shall be transmitted in EDI 852 and EDI 867 formats, respectively, and shall include the data elements that the Parties mutually agree upon, including, at a minimum, Provider purchasing activity and other data elements as set forth for each report on Exhibit B. In addition, at Connetics’ reasonable request, AmerisourceBergen shall also furnish to Connetics a “morgue” report, indicating Product inventory that is eligible for return to Connetics and has been removed from on-hand inventory reports.

All such Inventory and Sales Reports shall be transmitted in EDI 852 and EDI 867 formats, respectively, and shall include the information that Connetics reasonably requests, including but not limited to the following: - On hand inventory level by distribution center; and - On order inventory level by distribution center; and - Sales out by distribution center
Data / Reporting Services. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement, Vendor shall perform the data reporting services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”) during the term of this SOW. Vendor shall provide the Services in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the schedules set forth in Exhibit A.
