Data Reports definition

Data Reports means any document containing Client Data produced, created or developed for Client by or on behalf of Serraview under this Agreement.
Data Reports has the meaning set out in Section 3.16.5.
Data Reports means the reports of Programs broadcast on STATION’s Main Channel that are supplied by the Data Provider. “Data Reports” shall include information necessary to enable the calculation of the LNSPA Fraction (as defined below).

Examples of Data Reports in a sentence

  • Transaction Data Reports that include the transaction data required by NFA Compliance Rule 2-36 are available upon request.

  • The Contractor shall incorporate this data into the required Monthly Data Reports.

  • A Level Exchange Data Reports are initial report requests (or enhancements to existing subscriptions) that require one or more man-hours to develop and/or generate.

  • B Level Exchange Data Reports are initial report requests (or enhancements to existing subscriptions) that require less than one man-hour to develop and/or generate.

  • C Level Exchange Data Reports are standard reports regularly generated and run by the Exchange and made available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis that do not require historical data generation, customization beyond a standard format (PDF, HTML, etc.) or distribution frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), or specialized development.

  • ODHH reserves the right to request backup details to verify data in the Monthly Data Reports.

  • Historical CFE Market Data Reports are non-customized Reports that include historical CFE market data.

  • This rate will be indexed to one half the change, either up or down, of like term U.S. Treasury like term constant maturities as published by the ICE Market Data Reports, on the Friday of the week prior (Submission Date Rate) to the bid opening xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/marketdata/reports/180 Rates will be held for a period of thirty days from the date of bid opening.

  • Offset Project Data Reports must contain an annual update of the project’s forest carbon inventory (Section 8.2).

  • Offset Project Data Reports must be submitted at the conclusion of every Reporting Period.

Related to Data Reports

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Consumer report means any written, oral or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing your eligibility for employment purposes.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Periodic Reports means the Company’s (i) Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, (ii) any current report to be filed on Form 10-Q for each calendar quarter in 2023 and beyond, and (iii) all other reports required to be filed by the Company with the Commission under applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, Regulation S-K) for so long as any amounts are outstanding under this Debenture or any Other Debenture; provided that all such Periodic Reports shall include, when filed, all information, financial statements, audit reports (when applicable) and other information required to be included in such Periodic Reports in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
