Crawl Space. The crawl space of the home is not a living area and water and moisture infiltration into crawlspaces is common and not a defect in the Property. Seller will remedy water that puddles and that remains more than 48 hours following the termination of the rainfall causing the infiltration.

Crawl Space. Issues and damage resulting from moisture of any kind in the Home’s crawl space are not covered by this Limited Warranty. (Note: Issues, damage, or moisture should not exist if Purchaser maintains and checks for the proper operation of the Fan Tech fan on a regular basis).

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Demised Premises 1.1 Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for the term and upon the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements hereinafter provided, the Premises. The appropriate number of rentable square feet contained in the Premises, as determined by Landlord, for identification purposes only, is specified in Item B(1) of the Basic Lease Provisions (the "Rentable Area"). The lease of the Premises includes the right, together with other tenants of the Building and members of the public, to use the common public areas of the Building, but includes no other rights not specifically set forth herein. Landlord shall finish the Premises as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. It is understood and agreed that Landlord will not make and is under no obligation to make, any alterations, decorations, additions or improvements in or to the Premises, structural or otherwise, except as set forth in Exhibit B. Landlord agrees to deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant and Tenant agrees to accept the same from Landlord, upon written notice from Landlord to Tenant, that Landlord's work in the Premises described in Exhibit B has been substantially completed.
