Crawl Space. The crawl space of the home is not a living area and water and moisture infiltration into crawlspaces is common and not a defect in the Property. Seller will remedy water that puddles and that remains more than 48 hours following the termination of the rainfall causing the infiltration.
Crawl Space. The crawl space under your new home is used for the placement of heating ducts, plumbing pipes, and electrical wiring. The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) requires that this space is to be free of any other items and left accessible for maintenance. Crawl Space. Where a crawl space is found to hold water or retain moisture sufficient to promote mold growth, the following standards shall be met:
1. Accessible crawl spaces shall be free from construction debris and standing water.
2. Install a drainage system to relieve water retention.
3. Provide an access door per current LSUCC requirements.
