Opening and Closing. Doors to Facilities will be opened at the time of scheduled use and will in no instance be opened unless a representative of the District is present, if required. Exceptions may be granted by the District, at the discretion of the superintendent. All users shall be required to vacate the Facilities within 5 minutes after the approved ending time on the use agreement.
Opening and Closing. Where necessary, employees in a Grade Office shall be so scheduled as to allow sufficient time to prepare for the opening of an office and the closing of an office at the close of the business day.

In an effort to help preserve and protect the health and safety of our students, our staff members and the visitors to our schools, all district and community groups that use our facilities will be required to staff the front entrance of the building they are using from the time their events and activities begin until they are finished and a district employee has locked the doors.
Opening and Closing. Opening and closing for holidays and special events outside of normal scheduled hours will be paid as follows: One (1) hour for opening, one (1) hour for closing. The rate will be time and one-half (1-1/2).
Opening and Closing of the halls The hall manager shall open and close the rented rooms pursuant to the time agreed in the organisation paper. The tenant shall see to it that the event has ended by the time agreed in the organisation paper. From the beginning of the assembly to the end of the dismantling, and therefore during the entire event, a responsible person of the tenant shall be present. He/she shall be the contact person for the hall manager and shall give the instruction for the opening and closing, among others.
Opening and Closing of the Facilities, and Check-Out: Opening and closing dates and times for room occupancy are specified on the College calendar and must be observed. Students may not move into their residences early nor will they be allowed to deliver personal property to their rooms before the residences open. Residence halls are closed during vacations and no student is permitted to remain in the halls during these periods. Students are advised to make suitable arrangements elsewhere, including arrangements for transportation if the person who is providing transportation is unable to do so at the required time. Students must check out of their residence in the presence of a staff member, following established guidelines. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine. Only graduating seniors, ushers, and students with prior, written approval are permitted to remain in the residences until Commencement. Please read the information on the back.

Opening and Closing. All valves shall be capable of being opened or closed by hand under an unbalanced pressure equal to the design pressure without any difficulty. The disc shall close with a positive action with no possibility of slamming shut during any stage of the closing operation and the valve shall be capable of operating at any opening without variation of disc position or flutter of the disc. The direction of the spindle rotation for valve closing shall be clockwise.
