Cost Variations. In the event that the total cost of the project(s) is less than the amount specified in Article 2.5, loan funds shall be returned to the DCS in the ratio that loan funds are to the total project, excluding equity.
Cost Variations. Pursuant to the foregoing Recitals, Five Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($550,000.00) will be granted by the City for the Project, and pursuant to the foregoing paragraph 1, Five Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($550,000.00) will be loaned by the City to the Borrower for the Project. In the event the actual construction costs vary from the foregoing total of the grant and the Loan, the parties agree that actual costs above the foregoing total will be paid by Borrower. The City is not obligated to advance funds in excess of the foregoing total.
Cost Variations. The Supplier reserves the right to review the price quoted to the Owner in this agreement at the time of renewal based on the variation that may exist in the hourly rate of a Lift Technician over the period on the agreement. The Supplier will give the Owner (30) thirty days notice in writing of any variation that may apply to the renewed agreement for the subsequent term.

The customer may within 14 days after receiving Impact Hygiene’s notice give notice that it wishes to end the agreement in 30 Days and Impact Hygiene shall then provide the service for 30 days at the cost per service applying before the notice of proposed increase was given and the agreement shall then end. If the customer does not give such notice the proposed increased cost per service shall apply to Services performed 30 Days or more after the date of Impact Hygiene’s notice.
Cost Variations. Estimates (whether or not forming part of a Fee Proposal) are based on information provided by the Client, and current costs of production and are subject to amendment after 30 days to meet any rise in such costs.
