Tendering Procedures means the provisions set out in clause 7 of this Part 2 of Standing Orders;

Examples of Tendering Procedures in a sentence

  • For each covered procurement, a procuring entity shall publish a notice inviting suppliers to submit tenders, or where appropriate, applications for participation for that procurement, except in the circumstances described in paragraph 8 of Article 7.10 (Tendering Procedures).

  • Except as otherwise provided for in Article 8.13 (Limited Tendering Procedures), procuring entities shall publish a notice inviting interested suppliers to submit tenders for each procurement covered by this Chapter.

  • A procuring entity shall maintain reports and records of tendering procedures relating to covered procurement, including the reports provided for in paragraph 9 of Article 7.10 (Tendering Procedures), and shall retain such reports and records for a period of at least three years after the award of a contract.

  • A procuring entity shall maintain reports and records of tendering procedures relating to covered procurement, including the reports provided for in paragraph 9 of Article 7.10 (Tendering Procedures) and shall retain such reports and records for a period of at least three years after the award of a contract.

  • In Mini Tendering Procedures, the Contracting Authority shall provide information regarding how distance zone prices are weighted in the calculation of the most economically advantageous tender.

  • Deadlines are notified in connection with Mini Tendering Procedures and/or regularly in a contract period.

  • Where the procuring entity has not used an open tendering procedure, the entity shall promptly provide pertinent information concerning circumstances, in accordance to Article 8.14 (Limited Tendering Procedures), justifying the procedure used.

Related to Tendering Procedures

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Rights Offering Procedures means those certain rights offering procedures with respect to the Rights Offering, which rights offering procedures shall be set forth in the Rights Offering Documents.

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures attached as Exhibit 1 to the Bidding Procedures Order and approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order and as amended and supplemented.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
