Deletions. During the Contract Term, the Department reserves the right to delete Commodities, including but not limited to, Groups, Manufacturers or brand names, Representative Models, from this agreement by removing them from Exhibit B, Price Sheet(s) (C.1 – C.6). Commodities may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department.

Deletions. It is anticipated that Authorized Users may delete options that have been required by the Base Item specifications for the School Bus awarded. Contractors will be required to honor all such deletions, provided that deletion of such options does not result in a School Bus that does not comply with all governmental regulations as they apply to the operation of the School Bus.
Deletions. If Producer requests the deletion of any individual shots or otherwise reduces the Work (“Deleted Work”) hereunder, then Company shall either (i) calculate the amount of credit, if any, against the Contract Price, or (ii) provide other comparable shots at no additional charge, at Producer’s sole election; provided however, that Producer acknowledges that Company may have spent time and other out-of-pocket expenses in connection with producing such subsequently Deleted Work, and therefore, Company cannot guarantee credit against the Contract Price once the Work has been initiated.
Deletions. 12.3.1 Following the Initial Support Term Customer may remove Equipment and Software from a Support Plan by providing Kodak written notice, in which case the removal shall be effective 90 days following the end of the month of notification and the Service Fee adjusted accordingly. In the event the Software is covered under a Support Plan there will be no refund or credit of pre-paid fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should Customer finance a pre- paid Support Plan through a financing company, Customer shall be required to secure approval from the financing company prior to any deletion.

When an Option is being deleted, the Contractor must give the Authorized User proof of the MSRP for the Option, as shown in the PC Car Book. If the Option is not in the PC Car Book, the Contractor must provide documentation showing the MSRP for the Option. Any deletion must clearly be shown on the invoice and clearly show cost deduction.
