Deletions. During the Contract Term, the Department shall have the right to delete Groups, Manufacturer or Brand Names, Representative Models, Required Aftermarket Options, or Identified Aftermarket Options from this agreement by removing them from Attachment D, Price Sheet(s) (D.1 – D.6) (D.1 – Police VehiclesREVISED, D.2 - Automobile and Cars – REVISED, D.3 - Minivans and Vans - REVISED, D.4.1 - Sport Utility Vehicles, D.4.2 - Trucks Under One Ton, D.4.3 - One Ton Trucks, D.5 - Product and Material Transport Vehicles – REVISED, and D.6 - Low Speed and Neighborhood Electric Vehicles). Groups, Manufacturer or Brand Names, Representative Models, Required Aftermarket Options, or Identified Aftermarket Options may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department, per the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein or as permitted by Florida Statutes or Florida Administrative Code.

Deletions. It is anticipated that Authorized Users may delete Options that are required by the Base Specifications for the Item involved. Contractors will be required to honor all such deletions. When an Option is being deleted, the Contractor must give the Authorized User proof of the MSRP for the Option, as shown in the PC Car Book. If the Option is not in the PC Car Book, the Contractor must provide documentation showing the MSRP for the Option. Any deletion must clearly be shown on the invoice and clearly show cost deduction.
Deletions. It is anticipated that Authorized Users may delete options that have been required by the Base Item specifications for the School Bus awarded. Contractors will be required to honor all such deletions, provided that deletion of such options does not result in a School Bus that does not comply with all governmental regulations as they apply to the operation of the School Bus.
Deletions. Sections 4.02, 4.03, 4.04, 4.05, 4.07, 4.08, 4.09, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 6.01(5) and 6.01(8) of the Indenture are hereby amended by deleting all such sections and all references thereto in their entirety.

Deletions. Dex may delete Performance Standards by sending written notice to Aptas at least thirty (30) days prior to the date that such deletions to Performance Standards are to be effective. Dex shall, in the case of deletions, modify the Performance Standard Percentages for the remaining Performance Standards such that the total of the Performance Standard Percentages for all remaining Performance Standards equals one hundred percent (100%).
