CONTRACTOR QUALITY CONTROL PLAN SPECIFICATIONS. The Contractor shall be responsible for quality control and shall establish and maintain an effective quality control system in compliance with this Contract. CQC is the means by which the Contractor ensures that off island disposal of debris operations, to include that of subcontractors, complies with the requirements of the contract. The quality control system shall consist of plans, procedures, and organization necessary to ensure performance of off island disposal of debris which complies with the contract requirements. The system shall cover all aspects of the off island disposal of debris operations, both onsite and offsite, and shall be keyed to the proposed debris removal sequence. The CQC System Manager will be held responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective CQC organization. The Contractor shall provide daily CQC reports to the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall be required to submit a CQC Plan within 10 days of award. The CQC Plan must not exceed 25 8.5”x11” pages (12 font), not including resumes. Prior to acceptance by the Government of the CQC Plan, the Contractor shall meet with the Contracting Officer or Authorized Representative and discuss the CQC plan and system. During the meeting, a mutual understanding of the system details shall be developed, including the forms for recording the CQC operations, control activities, administration of the system, and the interrelationship of Contractor management and control with the Government's quality assurance responsibilities. There may be occasions when subsequent conferences will be called by either party to reconfirm mutual understandings and/or address deficiencies in the CQC system or procedures which may require corrective action by the Contractor. Acceptance of the Contractor's plan is conditional and will be predicated on satisfactory performance during the off island disposal process. The Government reserves the right to require the Contractor to make changes in the CQC Plan and operations to obtain the quality control specified. After acceptance of the CQC Plan, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing of any proposed change. Proposed changes are subject to acceptance by the Contracting Officer. The CQC Plan shall address Contractor monitoring and control to address off island debris removal operations, including work by subcontractors. The plan shall include as a minimum the following elements:

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Health plan specification The Employer will require health plans participating in the Group Insurance Program to develop and implement health promotion and health education programs for State employees and their dependents.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • General specifications 6.1.1. A vehicle and its electrical/electronic system(s) or ESA(s) shall be so designed, constructed and fitted as to enable the vehicle, in normal conditions of use, to comply with the requirements of this Regulation.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Implementation Specifications 1. The accounting shall contain the date, nature, and purpose of such disclosures, and the name and address of the person or agency to whom the disclosure is made.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
