Contract Support Costs. Subject to applicable federal laws, the [INSERT: Tribe OR Consortium] is eligible for Contract Support Costs (CSC) funding on the same basis as Tribes which contract with the BIA under P.L. 93-638, as amended. CSC funding will be calculated in accordance with the BIA’s CSC policy and the calculation of the CSC payment shall be based upon data requested annually of the Tribe by OSG and provided to OSG by the Tribe, for the sole purpose of the annual CSC calculation.

Contract Support Costs. Pursuant to 25 C.F.R. §§ 170.607-170.608, Contract Support Costs (“CSCs”) are an eligible item out of a Consortium’s TTP allocation and need to be included in a Consortium’s program budget. The Parties acknowledge that no additional TTP funds are available to pay CSCs to the Consortium with regard to the PFSAs assumed under this Addendum.
Contract Support Costs. During this AFA, the Service will provide contract support costs as required by 25 U.S.C. § 458cc(g)(3) and 25 C.F.R. §1000.137(b). CSKT will provide the Service with all necessary information, including CSKT’s indirect cost rate approved by the Department’s National Business Center (NBC rate), in accordance with 25 C.F.R. §1000.138. In lieu of full contract support cost reimbursement using CSKT’s federally- approved indirect cost rate, and in recognition of the Service’s anticipated budget reductions, the Parties agree that the Service will pay CSKT a flat rate equivalent to $5000.00 per fiscal year for each Service full-time equivalent (FTE) staff position filled by CSKT. For positions that CSKT fills for less than one full fiscal year, the Service shall prorate the flat rate reimbursement accordingly. Similarly, for positions that constitute less than 1.0 FTE, the Service shall prorate the flat rate accordingly. Under this formula, the Service’s indirect costs reimbursement to CSKT shall not exceed $40,000.00 during any one fiscal year. However, the Parties agree that, prior to the third fiscal year of this AFA, they will revisit the issue and discuss amending the AFA to provide full reimbursement of indirect costs, using CSKT’s federally-approved indirect cost reimbursement rate.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • CONTRACT SUM 9.1.1 The Contract Sum is stated in the State-Contractor Agreement and, including authorized adjustments thereto, is the total amount payable by the State to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under the Contract Documents.

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Contract Supremacy In the case of a conflict between the express terms of this Agreement and the terms of the ISO Agreement, the express terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
