By the Tribe Sample Clauses
The "By the Tribe" clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or rights within the agreement are reserved specifically for the Tribe as a party. In practice, this means that only the Tribe, and not any other party or individual, has the authority to exercise these rights or make these determinations—such as approving changes, granting permissions, or initiating specific processes. This clause ensures that the Tribe retains control over key aspects of the agreement, preventing unauthorized parties from acting on its behalf and thereby safeguarding the Tribe's interests and autonomy.
