Consortium Membership. Membership. The MSTIC will be open to and include Members from industry, academic research institutions, and non-profit organizations. The Members hereby adopt a non-exclusive, open Membership policy. The Members will include additional Members in accordance with the provisions contained in the MSTIC Consortium Membership Agreement. Any Members, regardless of when they join the MSTIC, shall enjoy the same rights and incur the same obligations as any other Member hereunder. Membership in the MSTIC will become effective upon approval of the Membership application. Membership Dues (if applicable). There are no annual membership dues; however, the MSTIC Executive Committee will evaluate the need for membership dues on a periodic basis and may institute dues by MSTIC Executive Committee Resolution.

Any Members, regardless of when they join the CWMD, shall enjoy the same rights and incur the same obligations as any other Member hereunder. Membership in the CWMD will become effective upon approval of the membership application.
Consortium Membership. Membership in the NASC is open to all qualified companies and academic institutions with the technical capabilities to conduct research and prototype development in the Naval Aviation Technology Areas identified in the OT Agreement. The membership application process will be open throughout the year. Under no circumstances may a NASC Member transfer its membership to any third party, except as set out in Article 10, Assignment. A NASC Member may withdraw from the Consortium at any time by providing written notice to the Lead Member. Membership in NASC renews automatically each year on the Member’s anniversary date, unless otherwise terminated.

The Members adopt a non- exclusive, open membership policy. The Members will include additional Members in accordance with the provisions contained in the SpEC Consortium Membership Agreement (CMA). Any Members, regardless of when they join the SpEC, shall enjoy the same rights and incur the same obligations as any other Member hereunder. Membership in the SpEC will become effective upon approval of the membership application. Affiliate Membership. Regardless of the number of Affiliates, a Member with one or more Affiliates participating in the SpEC is considered to be one (1) Member and will have one (1) vote and the potential of one (1) seat on the Executive Committee.
Consortium Membership. The Chairperson of the County Council (or his/her designee selected from among the membership of the County Council) of each Consortium County shall represent their county as a member of the Consortium.

Consortium Membership. Each Party accepts that membership in the Consortium is promulgated and affirmed in this agreement and thereby conferred by other members of the Consortium for those states with similar views regarding functionality, compatibility in volume and claims activity levels, and who agree to operate and develop its fully integrated, multi-tenant, cloud hosted unemployment tax and benefits insurance system as partners.

The Consortium is composed of a number of institutions, primarily Higher Education Institutions and socio-economic or private commercial entities acting in the field of the color science applied research and its commercialization at large.
