Committee Resolution definition

Committee Resolution means the designation of competitive businesses most recently adopted by the Committee at or prior to the date of execution of this Agreement for purposes of the restrictive covenants applicable to Executive, whether or not such designation also applies to other employees of the Company generally.
Committee Resolution means for any Allocation, the resolution duly adopted by the Committee that, among other things, memorializes the grant of the Allocation by the Committee to the Applicant.
Committee Resolution means with respect to Mediacom Broadband LLC, a duly adopted resolution of the Executive Committee of Mediacom Broadband LLC.
