The Consortium Members Clause Samples
The "Consortium Members" clause defines who the members of the consortium are and establishes their collective identity for the purposes of the agreement. It typically lists the organizations or entities that are parties to the consortium, outlining their roles, responsibilities, and the basis for their collaboration. This clause ensures that all parties are clearly identified and understand their participation, which helps prevent disputes over membership and clarifies the scope of the consortium's activities.
