Conduct of Project Staff. (i) While at the Court Work Locations, Contractor shall, and shall cause Subcontractors to: (1) comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations and policies and procedures of the Court regarding safety and health, security, personal and professional conduct generally applicable to such Court Work Locations, and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner. (ii) Contractor shall enter into an agreement with each member of the Project Staff, which assigns, transfers, and conveys to Contractor all of such Project Staff member’s right, title, and interest in and to any Developed Materials, including all Intellectual Property Rights in and to Developed Materials. (iii) Contractor shall cooperate with the Court if the Court wishes to perform a background check or drug test on any of Contractor’s employees or Subcontractors by (1) obtaining, at no additional cost, all releases, waivers, and permissions the Court may require, and (2) reimbursing the Court for the cost of each background check and drug test. (iv) Contractor shall provide prompt notice to the Court and immediately remove from Project Staff or not assign to Work any person who refuses to undergo a background check or drug test or any person whose background check or drug test result is unacceptable to Contractor or the Court.

Conduct of Project Staff. (A) While at the WaMu locations, Supplier and Supplier Agents will (1) comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations of the WaMu Group regarding safety and health, personal and professional conduct (including adhering to general safety practices or procedures) generally applicable to such WaMu locations, including those set forth in Schedule 8 (WaMu Policies and Procedures) and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a professional and businesslike manner.
Conduct of Project Staff. While at the CLIENT Service Location, the Project Staff (including the On-Site Manager) shall (1) comply with the reasonable requests, standard rules and regulations of CLIENT regarding personal and professional conduct generally applicable to such CLIENT Service Location and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner. OUTSOURCER shall cause the Project Staff to maintain and enforce the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions of this Agreement and comply with CLIENT's security policies and practices. In the event that CLIENT determines in good faith that a particular member of the Project Staff is not conducting himself or herself in accordance with this Section 6.3, CLIENT may notify OUTSOURCER of such conduct. Upon receipt of such notice, OUTSOURCER shall within 24 hours (a) investigate the matter and take appropriate action which may include (i) removing him or her from the Project Staff and providing CLIENT with prompt notice of such removal and (ii) replacing him or her with a similarly qualified individual or (b) take other appropriate disciplinary action to prevent a recurrence. In the event there are repeat violations of this Section 6.3 by a particular member of the Project Staff, OUTSOURCER shall promptly remove the individual from the Project Staff as set forth above.
Conduct of Project Staff. (A) While at the Xxxx premises, Service Provider and Service Provider Agents will (1) comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations of Xxxx regarding safety and health, personal and professional conduct (including adhering to general safety practices or procedures) generally applicable to such Xxxx premises, including those set forth in Schedule 19 (Xxxx Policies and Procedures) and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
