If requested by the Commonwealth, the Grantee agrees to provide copies of its work health and safety management plans and processes and such other details of the arrangements it has in place to meet the requirements referred to in clause ST21.1. When using the Commonwealth’s premises or facilities, the Grantee agrees to comply with all reasonable directions and procedures relating to work health and safety and security in effect at those premises or facilities, as notified by the Commonwealth or as might reasonably be inferred from the use to which the premises or facilities are being put. Compliance with Legislation and Policies. 13.1 The Recipient shall ensure that it, and anyone acting on its behalf, complies with the law for the time being in force in England and Wales, and in particular: shall take all necessary steps to secure the health, safety and welfare of all persons involved in or attending the Project; shall ensure it complies and its Sub-Grantees, suppliers and sub-contractors comply with the provisions of Bribery Act 2010 and all money laundering legislation and any guidance issued by the Secretary of State under the same (whether or not so obliged expressly by that act or such guidance); and
