Compliance with Legislation. The Partner in all his dealings and in carrying on its business has complied with all applicable laws including The Regulations and all applicable Taxes Acts and environmental and planning legislation and qualifies in all respects with the terms of participation as prescribed in The Regulations.
Compliance with Legislation. The amount transferred shall respect the rules for registered pension plans imposed by the Income Tax Act. Any reduction resulting from the application of such rules is dealt with according to the terms of the Exporting Plan. The Exporting Authority shall complete and send to the Importing Authority "Appendix C- Information Required For Tax Purposes". The provisions of this agreement apply to the extent that they do not contravene the provisions of the Pension Plans, the Nova Scotia Pension Benefits Act, the Income Tax Act, Canada or any other applicable legislation.
Compliance with Legislation. You shall at all times comply with all relevant legislation from time to time in force insofar as it is relevant to performance of the services under this agreement. You shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the UK Race Relations Xxx 0000, the UK Sex Discrimination Act 1995 (as revised, amended or supplemented from time to time) or as prohibited by the laws of the place of the performance of any of the services. You shall take all reasonable steps to protect the environment in relation to the performance of the services and shall comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and DFID practice.

The Borrower shall do or cause to be done, and the Borrower shall cause the Guarantors to do or cause to be done, all acts necessary or desirable to comply with all material Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, all Requirements of Environmental Law and to preserve and keep in full force and effect all franchises, licences, rights, privileges and permits necessary to enable each of the Obligors to operate and conduct their respective businesses in accordance with standard industry practice and to advise the Lender of any anticipated changes, loss or sale of such franchises, licences, rights, privileges and permits.
Compliance with Legislation. The Premises and operation of the business of the Company and the terms on which the employees of the Company were recruited and are employed to the extent that they are required to comply and will at Completion comply with the Employment Contracts Xxx 0000, the Equal Pay Xxx 0000, the Human Rights Xxx 0000, the New Zealand Xxxx of Rights Xxx 0000, the Wages Protection Xxx 0000, the Holidays Xxx 0000, the Health and Safety in Employment Xxx 0000 and all applicable legislation governing employment and safety of employees.
Compliance with Legislation. In carrying out this Agreement the Contractor and sub-contractors shall comply in all respects with all relevant legislation, and in particular;

Compliance with Legislation. (a) Project Co is referred to the news release from the Ontario Ministry of Labour dated June 14, 2001 “Government Acts to Level Playing Field for Ontario Contractors”. Project Co and all Project Co Parties will be required to show proof relating to compliance with the Ontario Provincial Retail Sales Tax requirements in the form of a statement of compliance of regulations and a valid vendor permit registration number.
Compliance with Legislation. 6.1. In executing works in terms of this Agreement, the appointed Sub-Contractor acknowledges that it will comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, including, but not confined to that of South African Bureau of Standard (SABS), National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 and Regulations, the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998 and Regulations and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act No. 130 of 1993.
Compliance with Legislation relating to children or vulnerable adults The Hirer shall ensure that any activities at the Premises for children or vulnerable adults comply with current legislation in that regard and that only fit and proper persons have access to children or vulnerable adults. Safeguarding Policies are the responsibility of the Hirer.
